March has been a month of blessings and celebration for the St. Mary\u2019s community! With grateful hearts, we marked two significant milestones: the 183rd anniversary of St. Mary\u2019s Primary School and the Platinum Jubilee of St. Mary\u2019s College. These historic moments were a testament to God\u2019s grace and the enduring legacy of Catholic education in Above Rocks.
The celebrations reached a crescendo with a powerful Peace Day March, a symbol of unity and hope. Chaired by St. Mary\u2019s Catholic Church, the March brought together St. Mary\u2019s College, St. Mary\u2019s Primary School, the Above Rocks Clinic, the Above Rocks Police, and various churches in the community. Shoulder to shoulder, students, educators, healthcare professionals, law enforcement, and faith leaders walked as one, spreading a message of peace, love, and solidarity.
This vibrant display of faith and community spirit was not just a commemoration\u2014it was a call to action, reminding us all of our shared responsibility to foster peace and goodwill. As we move forward, we continue to pray for God\u2019s blessings upon our institutions, our community, and our mission of service.
